Spotless and lovely welcoming place and the breakfast was savoury. The staff was really helpful and professional can provide additional tips. The location was residential, adjacent to the dressy restaurants in town and the South West coastal footpath. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walk from The Drang Gallery.

The hotel was trendy boutique, spent my time lovely here. I enjoyed modern room with lovely extras, luxury bath and a great breakfast, and lovely friendly and amiable staff. The breakfast was tasty and modern with decent amount of options and all the food was brilliant. The service was excellent in my opinion. This accommodation was in the residential location away from the town centre. Also, the venue was at a medium distance from landscaped gardens.

It was a comfortable experience in a top quality and quiet hotel. Truly enjoyed our rooms in a mini fridge. The accommodation had a residential location close to the outskirts of the town. And we were very close to a lovely port on arrival, supermarket and the local restaurants.

I didn't feel like leaving, so can recommend this hotel. My stay was brilliant for 3 nights. The staff were nice and great and the location was convenient down the hill. Found time to see a grade i listed Elizabethan country house, that's relatively near the property.

All in all everything was superb, had a brilliant stay for 3 nights. Got very well decorated deluxe queen suite with a nice big bath when arrived, enjoyed that. The location was quiet, just off the outskirts of the town, the hill into Padstow, and a Tesco and bus stop and easily accessible. I did not want to leave and would happily return.

The total stay was perfect for 3 nights. One of the best continental breakfasts were served in this hotel. My nicely furnished room had a fridge, an electric kettle, and central heating. The staff was professional and helpful, everything was very good. Its location was unbeatable and magnificent, on the drive with supermarket close by, and in a residential area.

We had the most pleasant few days there. The property was very clean and deluxe and the location was picturesque! The place is 1 km away from Padstow downtown. Breakfast was tasty and had a good choice of meals. The host was friendly. Besides, cars where parked at parking.
